Question / Help OBS ran great until today.

Went to fire up the stream today and it was running at 3 to 7 fps.. entire computer runs like dookie with OBS open but goes back to running smooth when i close it. restarted computer uninstalled a reinsatalled and it still isnt doing anything.. I dont know what this log thing is people say to post.. not computer savvy in that way. what do I need to do.. ?

Step 1 is going to be to update to current. The version you're on according to that log has a bug in its auto updater that requires you to download and install the update manually (your scenes and settings will be kept)

This makes no sense it has never given me issues before.. I only use the computer for streaming, 2 PC games and watching streams on Twitch...

I started removing sources and to see if anything may be the cause and it appears my capture card, when running is what is causing all the issues but i dont understand why even if im not actually playing a game or streaming it is showing me at either a frozen image or at less than 5 FPS when the video is working.

so i tried to display capture using the xbox app dvr and i am still getting horrible lag and frame drop so im back to thinking it is an OBS issue.. but have no idea why it worked fine up until yesterday

The windows 10 game bar/game dvr are known conflicts.
As is the nvidia in-game overlay (although this may not apply).
The GT1030 is a VERY low end card.
You may also have broken video card drivers.
