OBS quit unexpectedly

Macbook Aire - 10.13.6 High Sierra / I used OBS once trying to get it configured. Had to quit but then couldn't open again. Got the window "OBS quit unexpectedly" - Ignore - Report - Reopen .. When I click ignore or reopen it only redisplays this window. Since it wouldn't open, I could not include any logs. I restarted then tried to open the OBS, same thing. Then restarted and downloaded another copy and installed it. Again, same window. Here is a portion of the Report sent to Apple ::
