Question / Help OBS quit unexpectedly (OSX)

OBS won't start up anymore for me. I used it to stream 2 videos to Facebook, closed the app and now it won't start again. Here is a link to the configuration report: http://pastebin.com/qu8MfAZj

I just try to click on the app and it crashes. I can't access the help menu or anything.
