Adding to the thread. OBS worked fine for me on Friday. Went to boot it up this morning (9/25) and it continues to crash. Won't reopen at all. Tried reinstalling and nothing.

The following taken from the Discord solved the problem for me, hope it helps:

in macOS ventura 13.5.2, logitech's OBS plugin is currently crashing OBS on launch. to remove it:
  1. open Finder and click the Go menu
  2. select "Go to Folder"
  3. paste in the following:
    /Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins
    and press enter.
  4. remove the folder for Logitech's OBS plugin. You may also need to disable the plugin in Logitech's software to prevent it from being reinstalled automatically.
  5. launch OBS
