OBS quit unexpectedly (does not even load up)

Hi any help would be great.

I have never had any problems before but suddenly when i try to open OBS an error message "OBS quit unexpectedly" keeps coming up. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, this does not work. I have also tried to remove obs-studio folder and plugins from the ~/Library/Application Support Folder. Nothing seems to be helping.

Running Catalina 10.15.7

Hmm, have you tried to reinstall macOS? (Not a clean reinstall)
+BTW check all folders that can be changed during OBS installation (u can google it, or just reinstall it and check through Finder (time modified), which folders were changed)
Remove all leftovers (u can do it manually or with some sort of macOS optimizer, MK, whatever)
Create a new Admin account -> try to install and run OBS there.
