Yeah! I know. Strange...
I'm trying to capture with OBS + QuickSync and it's, strangely, making my 980Ti drop it's usage by around 15%, it varies from game to game and it's really impacting my game performance.
If I benchmark, let's say, Wildlands, capturing with OBS + QuickSync, my GPU average usage goes down from 87.x% to 70%.
What could possibly be doing that? Can Quick Sync mess up with the dedicated GPU? CPU usage is normal.
Using latest (18.0.1) version.
EDIT: here's the log. Removed OBS, removed the files in %APPDATA% and Program Files. Reinstalled, restarted the computer and gave it a try again, but the problem persist.
