Recently (for the last couple of months since the most recent OBS desktop update)
OBS fails to open for the first time, and when opened for the second time it says there are "missing files" when the files arent missing or relocated. they are actually there and present / correct.
this happens every time i open OBS and I have even reinstalled OBS and the Stream Elements package for OBS (desktop)
Everything else is present and correct, and yes, OBS is running under an elevated prompt for administrator
Any advice please? Ta
