OBS does not do video calls. It's not a chat program.

If you're having trouble capturing a certain window in Chrome, turn off hardware acceleration in chrome.

If you're trying to run game capture on a specific Windows app and can't, try either a window capture or a display capture cropped to a window-- some apps (Like Microsoft store apps) cannot be captured by other means.
