OBS Processing Offloads to the Neural Processing Unit

Let's say that you add the Display Capture or Game Capture. Some video processing is offloaded to the NPU. I am seeing a lot of this with Microsoft Teams now. Another example is if I added the Sharpening filter or Twitch Alert.
