Bug Report OBS Process won't close with webcam

Hello,

As of the most recent Windows update (not entirely sure if that caused it), I've been experiencing issues having OBS work with a webcam. If I launch without a webcam, I can terminate the program and it does not appear in task manager whatsoever - the stream runs perfectly fine for however long I go. However, as soon as I plug in my webcam, the process appears to not be able to be terminated and will linger even after I've closed the cef-bootstrapper processes as well.

With webcam: (Will upload gif once it freezes again)

From what I've also noticed is while streaming with a webcam, I'll also randomly get BSODs with the error "Critical Process Died." This doesn't happen when I'm not streaming - I managed to play GTA perfectly fine off stream for about 8-9 hours this morning, but can barely stream 2 hours before getting a BSOD not even playing games.

Here's the DMP file I got from the obs process that I couldn't terminate and the webcam didn't boot properly with:

*Edit - I did read older posts regarding bad drivers - however not entirely sure which drivers that would entail.

Thanks in advance,
Nolan
