Hello, I wanted to try streaming with this program, i did some back in the day when it was obs classic and now I got this new toy to play with, its fun and pretty easy to use, great upgrade. But I ran into some problems along the way. So since I have no idea how to configure obs studio myself, so I took a look into youtube and did what most of them did to configure my obs. Unfortunately I experiance MASSIVE lags and terrible experiance. So I opened obs and stream for like a couple of minutes and got this LOG file for you maybe it will help

Also I scanned my internet speed and there is a result:

Also I like to mention that, when I open my obs and start stream just for a tiny bit, I suffer a MASSIVE lag on my internet, according to speed test it drops from 58.61 to like 0.40 and upload the same.
Help ! i dont know what to do is it OBS ? is it my internet provider ? what do ?
