OBS - Problem with having to play different games in different graphic settings

Hey guys!
I have a problem with my obs. Most games I can play with my graphic setting on my computer set to launch OBS with High Energy. But my capture card and minecraft only work when I launch obs from power saving mode...

I have noooo idea how to fix it. Maybe you guys know what I have to do...
