Question / Help OBS Problem Streaming

Hello guys i have a few problems on OBS Studio , im hopping that someone helps me there.

When i Stream to Twitch at 2500 Bitrate the Stream is Laggy Not in Game.

And the Other times my game gives Lag FPS , just using OBS Studio.

  1. PC Specs
  2. I5 6600
  3. GTX 970 STRIX
  4. INTERNET OF 20 DOWNLOAD / 11 UPLOUD

I really need help guys

No streaming info in that log.

Go to logs directoiry and search one with
==== Streaming start =======
...
..
==== Streaming stop====

section.

Reduce ingame graphics and / or limit FPS

How i can limit fps?

I Will do the Second Test
