Hello,
I'm trying to stream game footage on an ultrawide going down to 1080p from 1440p using NVENC.
I'm running a Intel 12900k with an EVGA 3090 and whenever I load into Destiny 2 with Display Capture, I instantly get a ton of stuttering on the preview. I'm not recording or streaming just previewing. What's funny is I didn't have this issue with my old PC which was a 4970k with a 1080. In-Game its smooth as butter but the preview window is stuttering.
Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
