Question / Help OBS Preview / Stream is laggy/choppy

Hello!

I have much Problems with streaming! over 2 Years ago i streamed so fine all kind of games and now i cant stream any game without preview and stream is laggy and choppy. My Game on first screen dont have frame drops and works stable just the preview and the stream is laggy and i dont know why. I tried so much different settings. Maybe anyone can help me!

my pc specs :
Intel® Core™ i5-3470 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.60 GHz)

Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)

MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2G 2GB GDRR5

Fatal1ty Z77-M Professional

2x WD Green 2 TB , 1x Samsung Evo 850 256 GB

Your logs says the following:
Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 78 (1.3%)
Looks like your cpu had trouble encoding the scene for a couple of frames. You alread set your profile to ultra fast to get better performance, so i'd suggest to set the output resolution lower or get a newer and better cpu.
You also seem to have issues with memory leaks, dunno what to do about that.

But why i have now Problems with games i stramed 1 year ago and i dont changed anything on system ? When i stream with amd gpu will be better ?
