Hi, I already posted some time ago about this but I guess I'm going to try this one more time.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40Hz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M
Have around 20 upload, using 2000-2500 bitrate.
My obs studio preview freezes randomly and I can replicate it most of the time by opening a few youtube videos or twitch streams and then setting the preview to fullscreen and this will either replicate the obs problem (usually preview freezes after a few seconds with this) or my "intel (r) hd graphics 4000" will stop working and every program turns white/crashes (I know this is another problem, but maybe someone knows what to do?). I have a laptop but I've already set obs studio to use my nvidia card. I've also tried changing the driver but it happens with a few different ones.
When the preview image freezes, the stream/recording will end but obs doesn't close or crash and I have to close and open it again for it to work again so there's not crash log but I'll attach the log files of some of the freezes aswell as a "normal one" where it doesn't freeze.
This has also happened in the middle of a game though with just the game capture and camera on and without any stream playing in the background so I'm not sure what the problem(s) is.
I've also tried using the obs log analyzer and it says "Multiple video cards detected
If you are having problems and are using a laptop, see this thread for advice.
If you are using SLI or Crossfire, you may need to disable it for compatibility with OBS.
This does not appear to be a complete OBS log. Please make sure you include the entire file."
I've already done what the thread says and I'm not sure what SLI or Crossfire are and those are the complete obs logs so I'd really love some help with this. Thank you.
