Question / Help OBS prevent me using global hotkey

I'm using OBS to stream some speedrun, and livesplit for timing. But since a week or two when OBS is open and active i can't use livesplit global hotkey.
I don't no if that something intended, but if that the case, could i turn that off?
Also, i don't have global hotkey set up for OBS.
