Bug Report OBS popping a warning when trying to record

I was trying to record tonight, but when I pressed "Start recording" button this is what showed up. There is no crash log, as it wasn't crashing.

Got the same after a fresh Win Installation. Check if u got enough permissions on the folder/partition where the record should be saved.

Ok so after few hours of chat on http://obsproject.com/chat we sorted it out. The problem was avcodec-57.dll if I remember correctly. All I had to do was to remove that file from system32 and now it works.
