OBS Plugin to Change Twitch Stream Info based on Scene?

In order to change stream info on Twitch, I'd always have to type stuff out manually and save it. Is there a way I can have different configurations or presets to Twitch stream info where if I switch a scene, the stream info changes to what I had previously?

For example: I am at Scene -> NFS Unbound to capture NFS Unbound, stream game info says I am streaming NFS: Unbound and properly changes the title to perhaps "Streaming NFS: Unbound". Now I switch the scene to PUBG which now captures PUBG, stream info now switches the stream game info from NFS: Unbound to PUBG and changes the title to "Streaming PUBG".

I agree, this would be extremely helpful. @ENT PRESTIGIOUS it's been awhile since you've posted this, have you found any solution?
