Windows have an option in the audio settings. There are like "make youre mic as an speaker". Mabe i miss understand youre problem/question. I have understand it, that you here youre desktop-mix at the mic.
You didn't fully describe your problem. Sounds like it could be a couple of things. Maybe you have your game audio feeding in through your mic from your speakers. If that's the case, turn off your speakers and buy a headset. Also turning down your windows volume to like 10 from 100 will help if you are wearing a headset. Turning down windows volume will make no difference to recording with OBS, well at least it doesn't for me.
Go into Settings/Audio. I just have Desktop Audio Device set to "Default" and it works fine for me.
