Whenever I use OBS to record my screen, the quality is extremely bad. I am playing a game called ROBLOX that is not heavy taxing on my computer. Here are the specs on my computer:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820X
64 Bit Operating System
16 GB Installed RAM
NVidia ASUS GeForce GTX-1080 Ti Turbo

Here is a video of my in game quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCSKDEc9iLE
Here is a video of another players OBS Quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuvtL1mI1r0

The big one: change from ultrafast to something better. That is the lowest quality preset, and you're severely underutilizing your 7820x.

Your bitrate selection is also a bit questionable. You're streaming setting is 10000kbps, yet your recording setting is 4700kbps. You're also using x264 for both... usually you would be using x264 for streaming since you need better compression quality for a fixed bitrate, and NVENC for recording since you can raise the bitrate up as far as needed for whatever quality you want.

You should probably also avoid the "rescale output" option you have selected in your recording screen. That uses the encoder to rescale instead of your GPU, which is very inefficient. Just use the output (scaled) resolution in the video settings to control this.

Thank you so much! With those quick changes it fixed everything. I changed it to medium speed, and NVENC and instant changes happened! You are the best!
