Question / Help OBS picks up my MIC, but no mic audio when listening/testing stream

I had fixed this issue a while ago, but after an update, I lost the correct settings.I can record just fine with two tracks,one for audio and the other for mic..But when I stream,I can see the green bar moving when I speak.But hear nothing when I go to the stream to test/hear if anything plays

I tried using the monitor settings, and I do hear myself after trying that..No idea why there isn't audio coming from my stream

I think I may have fixed it,in my stream settings, I set my audio track to 2* which I hope just means it uses 2 tracks* and then I have my mic on stream now

Now I have literally the reverse problem
