Question / Help OBS Picks up mic but doesn't record it with split audio

So I've been trying to record some gameplay with split audio tracks, OBS picks up my mic and the levels bar moves when I speak, however, when I watch a recorded video, there is only game sound. If I record both my mic and game to one audio track, it works fine.

I believe I have everything set up correctly, but Im new to OBS so I may have missed something. Here is my log file:
