Question / Help OBS picking mic up but not recording

obs picks up my mic (the little green bar moves when i speak) but whenever i check a recording back it hasnt recorded my mic, any help would be appreciated. I use a corsair void pro wireless headset. Log - https://obsproject.com/logs/l39_F3bFN8BP8OJP

You're recording three tracks, most video players will only play the first track. You need to mix them yourself if you want them all together (or don't separate them in the first place).
