Note the warning - don't record to MP4
And your Capture settings look like a jumble from various 'internet' suggestions (that is, clueless .. or at least, missing critical context). Your custom settings are a problem... but I have no idea what you were trying to accomplish... so other that clearing out and starting over, not sure what to say.
Also, as for game play. please recognize that real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding. If you are maxing out your computer with game play, then add real-time encoding on top of that, it won't work. Oh, and if you use OBS Studio in Studio Mode, that means 2X the rendering workload
I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings. Though in your case, I suspect it is your capture settings that are wrong. Also, I recommend doing research in this forum on Look ahead and Psycho-visual settings, which use CUDA cores, so you understand the impact of those settings.

There many others who know more than I, so ... you are warned....
I'd recommend
- record to MKV per default. remux to MP4 after recording if you need to change the encoding wrapper to MP4 (for reference - on my i7-10700K and NVMe drive, a 80 minute 1080p30 recording, approximately 12GB, takes about 20 seconds to remux, maybe a bit less, never timed specifically)
- Also see https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/best-settings.140188/#post-514693 @FerretBomb comment #2
especially comment about not recording to CBR (and why and what to use instead)
- dropping Recording bitrate down to something reasonable like 5000 to maybe 10000. but watch your Disk I/O and make sure it can sustain whatever you set
- test by Disable (uncheck the defaults of the 2 checkbox items under Profile=High in your screen shot) Psychovisual Tuning and Lookahead
