OBS overlay starts to lag on certain games - high end PC

Hey. For some time now, I've been having a problem with my OBS overlay lagging when I play certain games. It doesn't happen with every game, just some. I've tried using vsync in games, I've tried limiting the fps in browser source, but nothing works. I have a high-end PC, RTX 4090, Intel Core i9-13900ks, and 32 GB of RAM. The camera doesn't lag, the game doesn't lag (I have a stable 240 fps), the sound doesn't lag, only the overlay in OBS. I also don't get any messages about encoder overload or dropped frames. I run OBS as an administrator in the portable version, OBS version 30.2.3. Outside of games, I don't have any problems with lags or stutters.

1. Update OBS to the newest available stable version.
2. Disable HAGS
3. Set your output to 60 FPS
4. Contact StreamElements to resolve all of their errors in your log.

If still having issues, post new log.
