So, i have already tried to reinstall obs from scratch and the issue still persists. i have already tried this on 2 computers, both have a display resolution of 1366x768, and the issue happens on both computers.
So, what happens is that obs is outputting blurry video. i have already tried to increase the bitrate, use crf for the bitrate, turn off scaling by unticking the boxes in the streaming and recording tabs (ffmpeg output), setting the base and output resolution to be the same under video, and using lanczos. i have read somewhere on this forum that obs will output blurry video if downscaling. but i'm not downscaling. but when i check the log, it says that obs is downscaling to 1364x768. so i tried to scale the output to 1368x768 and the log will say that it is indeed scaling and outputting to that resolution. but when i try to turn off scaling by setting the output to 1366x768, the log will say that, again, obs is scaling to 1366x768. so my question is, why i can't set the output to my display's resolution? when i go and check the mp4 file obs creates, it also says that it has a resolution of 1364x768.
