Question / Help obs output to chrome input

I'm a pretty new user to OBS and so far have been able to get around in it pretty well thanks to some excellent youtube tutorials. However I have run up against a problem that I can't seem to figure out.

I'm running the latest OBS Studio on Windows 10.

I have monthly meetings with a doctor using telemed. The telemed service the doc uses is web based. What I'd like to do is run my mic through OBS, beef up the sound and than output from OBS into Chrome. I've fiddled with the Windows sound settings for hours but without success. I was expecting to set it up using the windows audio settings and using the sub-category app volume and and device settings. Initially I tried this with voicemeeter banana with the virtual cables both the free one and the purchasable cables A & B. I just couldn't get the audio up to my expectations. OBS however sounded good and I decided to go that route using the virtual cables I got with voicemeeter banana. I thought that using the virtual cables would be the best way to go.

One of the issues I ran into was assigning the cables to the apps. For instance, in the " app volume and and device settings" section of the sound settings I set the OBS output to the Cable B (vb audio cable B) I then tried to set the output of Cable B to the input of Chrome. But wait, there doesn't seem to be a Cable B in the chrome input settings. There was a Voicemeeter Aux Output (VB Audio Cable B). Well it is Cable B and to a slightly twisted mind that would seem to make sense BUT what seems to make sense, seldom does.

It's hard to believe others haven't run into similar situations. Oh, in case you were wondering, when I configured the Chrome cable in settings I had chrome set to a Microphone test site thinking maybe it needed to have real destination that needs an input.

Does anyone have a solution?
