Question / Help OBS Output Settings for Slower Internet Connection

Hi Friends, I have an internet upload speed of 1.32 mbps and using the default OBS settings is making for some serious glitches on the output to YouTube Live. Can anyone share the OBS parameters that could be altered to make it all work better?
