obs output rescale with nvenc issue

I have a single pc rig. i7-7700k @4.8ghz w/ a gtx 1080. i stream/record fortnite, valorant, minecraft, etc. I like streaming 1280x720 but record 1920x1080. video output is on 1920x1080. streaming output rescale is on 1280x720 and i get an error message. if i use x264 encoder or turn off rescaling it works fine. please help. log file

now it has this error message after uninstalling obs and reinstalling newer log
