Question / Help OBS output question

Recently when I record my PS4 Remote Play with OBS, it shows it's recording video and audio, but the output file is just a black screen. I am viewing the files with VLC player. It was recording fine a few days ago and I haven't changed any settings. Any insight as to what the problem might be?

A good reason to never record to mp4. Use MKV or FLV and then remux afterwards if you need to. An mp4 that is interrupted by a crash or an error like this is usually not recoverable, unlike an MKV.
