Question / Help OBS or StreamLabs Mic Not Record

Hello,
I just bought a new computer.

"16 GB RAM 3200 MHZ - MSI MORTAR B450 3466 MHZ - Amd ryzen 5 2400G CPU Amd Rx570 GPU"

I've tried both OBS and Streamlabs. I'm trying to record the microphone, but it doesn't record the sound. When I record screenshots with BB Flashback, there is no problem with the microfone. I need help..
