obs opens minimized and will not maximize

New Member
recently downloaded droidcam only new thing i can think of. Now trying to open obs and program opens minimized and will not maximize. hover with the cursor and it'll display the maximized window but will not maximize. WTF
also its not the shortcut properties already tried that.

Any ideas??
