Question / Help OBS opens can't see anything

So i downloaded OBS Studio to give it a try but every time I open the app it shows on my task bar the app is open. But it doesn't show a interface at all, I get no crash messages nothing. Just shows the app is open. I run dual monitors and I've checked both nothing on either.

Click the icon and press WindowsKey + LeftArrow until it appears.

Yeah windows snap doesn't fix it, was one of the first things I tried. I uninstalled completely and installed the with browser option and that one seems to work. My issue now is that my webcam shows in the dropdown menu for video source but my no image shows up, just a blank screen. Webcam works in any other application, and no it currently wasn't being used by any other application.
