Question / Help Obs opens and immediately crashed (14.04)

Title. Tried installing stable and unstable version, though I might have messed something up (/r/ooer accurately describes me with linux)

Absolutely no idea how to remedy this.

Can you post a log?

He can't post a log if he can't open the program. Could you tell us your OpenGL version? OBS required 3.2, and often will not even start on linux without it available (though there still appears to be a bug at the moment where it'll crash in that situation as well, and I can't seem to trace where it is yet)

Type this in to a command prompt: glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
