OBS OPEN LAG - DOES NOT REGISTER THE GAME

I am currently having problems with the obs open (without recording, just having it open), every time I open Valorant it lags even though it tells me that I am going at a stable 165 fps, I feel the game at fps jerks, but when I close the obs The game runs smoothly again, and when I put on the game scene, I put a specific window, the game comes out, but when I put it on it goes black.
