So, I seem to have an issue I can't solve. I'm trying to stream CSGO but as soon as I open up my OBS I get terrible microstuttering in game. My fps stays around normal levels, but the game is practically unplayable. If I close OBS everything returns to normal. I don't believe it's a hardware issue, but I'm willing to try anything at this point. This is all before I even start streaming. If I do start the stream the issue doesn't get worse, it stays about the same.
I'm streaming from an Acer Predator 1440p monitor at 144hz. I've seen other reports around the web that this can cause an issue as my other monitors are at differing refresh rates than my main monitor that I'm streaming video from.
I don't believe this is a hardware issue as my CPU never goes above 55c and 50% load and my GPU never over 60c. Here are my system specs:
So far I've tried:

So far I've tried:
- Clean install of nvidia drivers
- Turned off shadow play
- Capped fps in CSGO
- Disabled windows animations
- Monitored temps & load
