I decided to try out OBS today since I found out it has higher encode settings available than xsplit (Slower, Very Slow). After I set it up I ran a test and saw the video was very laggy. When I looked in Task Manager I could see its only using 8 of the 16 available cores on my 1950x. This makes it impossible for me to try the Slower or Very Slow encode as they are super demanding. How can I fix this to use all cores. Xsplit would use all cores so I know the codec can support it, it just has to be something with OBS.
