Hello everyone!
I recently moved and installed new internet (120/10), and i tried to run a bandwidth test with OBS on Twitch using the Twitch inspector by adding "?bandwidthtest=true" at the end of my stream key.
However, i noticed something peculiar. Regardless of whatever value i set my Output video bit rate to, i only get around half in my test stream.

I tried the solution mentioned in this post, but it didn't help.
Does anyone have an idea?

- 6,000 Output bit rate, ~3,000 stream bit rate
- 20,000 Output bit rate, ~10,000 stream bit rate (With Enforce streaming service bitrate limits off)
- 2,000 Output bit rate, ~1,000 stream bit rate
