OBS only lagging when I am playing a game even though it shows no network lag or encoding lag (osu!)

Whenever I am in a game-playing my OBS decides to stutter and drop frames but only on my game. This is a short clip from my VOD https://streamable.com/vos98i
Attached is the log from the stream. It's not encoding lag because I have a beefy computer and its not my network lag because the whole time OBS showed that no frames were dropped. The most I dropped in frames was like 0.6% or something, really nothing at all. I also have the dynamic bitrate enabled on my obs as it helps me not drop frames but now it is dropping frames but says its not dropping frames? Either way I'm just very confused.

you use the F..... streamelements or streamfx plugin, it make problems please delete the obs folder reinstall it without the plugins !
 
i didn’t know it causes issues. i’ll do that and give it another shot. what about it causes issues with obs? i have seen plenty of other streamers use it perfectly fine and they have no problems
 
They use older obs Versions? The plugin needs Update an Update it make Problem why its is as it. is didnt know its Not open source seny your question to streamlabs why the plugin make so many Problems.

And Not All Streamer with streamlabs alearts use the stream elements plugin many use the browsersources.
