OBS only getting audio from channel 1 and 2 from my 12 channel mixer. Help!

Can anyone here help me figure out this issue?

I have a Soundcraft 12 channel USB mixer and OBS is only getting audio from channel/input 1 and channel/input 2. Thats it.

I have several other instruments plugged in and OBS is getting no signal from anything else.

Anyone know how i can resolve this?
