we got a new HP Laptop computer dedicated to the Pengo 4k Grabber and Canon XA11 Camera.
I plugged it into a Mac Laptop and it is visible in the System info as a connection, so I know the cables are working.
Anyone have any idea how to get the laptop to see the Pengo when plugged in via USB?
HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver USB 3
The Pengo Software sees the Pengo unit when plugged in, but The Problem is that Pengo does NOT appear under device manager either in Audio or Sound, Video. So I cannot select it as a source for video or audio in OBS. I have updated Windows 11 to current software and all drivers and intel items have been updated.
