Hi, Last time I was streaming I stumbled upon a weird issue with gsync and obs.
As title says: When I the click stream/recording on OBS, instantly my Gsync stops adapting to the framerates in-game. I see this on my monitors OSD that the hz just goes to max refresh rate and stay there. Any other encoder from OBS(old nvenc, x264, quicksync) works as intended. And of course when I turn the stream/record off, Gsync goes back to normal.
I could just use the other encoders for now, but was wondering if some others encountered same issue, and had found a fix. I also can't remember this issue from earlier when the encoder launched, so could it maybe just be a driver issue on Nvidias part?
Also, Stream and recordings are totally fine. My experience is mostly affected by GSYNC not adapting to the in-game frame rate.
My pc specs:
CPU: I7-4990k
GPU: GTX 1080
Memory: 16GB
Monitor: Acer XB271HU
