Obs NVENC Error

I have tried everything from reinstalling my drivers to actually reinstalling windows and nothing works
and yes i have made sure nothing in the background is running like netflix and such

first update GPU drivers !

07:44:10.022: McAfee VirusScan: temporarily disabled (AV)
07:44:10.022: McAfee Firewall: enabled (FW)
deinstall it windows defender make the same job

installed the newest drivers and uninstalled mcafee and im still getting the issue

ive done a full clean install of drivers and the issue is still there. no idea what you mean by set to 0kbps
