Question / Help OBS NVEC videos don't work well in Adobe Premiere, Shadowplay videos do

When I record videos using Shadowplay, then I can scrub through them inside of the Premiere CC 2017 timeline without problems.

But when I use OBS to record with nvec, then the video playerback and scrub performance is really, really slow. Finding a specific part in the video is very annoying due to that.

I have tried lossless, CBR, VBR, CQP with lots and lots of different bitrates etc. Also tried all the available containers/recording formats. But non of the videos recorded by OBS works as well inside of Adobe Premiere as the ones from shadowplay do. Which make them a pain to edit.

Anyone an idea what is causing this, or what recording settings I need to dial in to make OBS produce files that work with Premiere?

Please, post MediaInfo txt from your Shadowplay file.
I need to create new files, but before I do that. Are you able to edit files in Adobe Premiere without the issues I mentioned?
So OBS records at a fixed frame rate, right?

Any idea why NVENC (I tried every possible encoding setting) OBS recordings are a pain to edit inside of Premiere while Shadwoplay recordings work just fine even when recorded at 130Mbps?

I can compare two files if you provide short examples of both. In mp4, please. Do you want to know the difference? If not - just try main menu File>Remux Recordings, usually it helps to resolve many HW encoders problems. And, because you are using Adobe - I think you are recording directly to mp4 format. So, you may want to take a look at this post too: Stopping recording never ends
