I've tried unplugging and reinserting it several times, I've tried Device Manager, uninstalling, reinstalling, etc. and every time I go to reopen it, lo and behold? It ain't even there, instead the only option? Virtual Camera.

I'm at my wit's end with it, help?

UPDATE: Managed to temporarily get it back, but only as a camera, which is not what I had hoped for because now it has no sound, so I decided to uninstall the driver again, and now I can't seem to locate the USB 3.0 plugs that the XR-1 Pro cables were plugged into here as I don't see them, at least visibly so.

Another update: It only shows as a "camera" when it never showed up like that pre-Windows refresh (which I did to get rid of some things I had no need for), as seen here in this photo.

What can I do from this point so that I can both have the sound back and the video back and not have my EVGA XR-1 Pro show up as the "Camera" option?

All they'd done was idiotically assume it was "NVIDIA" when I *specifically* said it was related to my resetting of Windows 10 when I talked about it on EVGA's Discord.

Absolutely laughably useless and not even listening.

I know Discord can see my XR-1 Pro, it's just that OBS can't for some reason.
OBS uses system functions to enumerate DirectShow devices connected to the PC. Unlikely that you'll get more help on this forum.

For trouble shouting USB devices you may try "UsbTreeView" util (aka "USB Device Tree Viewer" or "UsbTreeView_x64"). At least, it may show to you where and what was plugged in and value of the demanded current.
