Question / Help OBS now stutters all my videos

So, ever since that last update, my recordings have been stuttered to the point that they are unwatchable. I changed no settings in between the updates, but it still "lags" my recordings. It does NOT lag on my screen (while I'm actually playing) but when I go back and watch the video it is stuttered very badly and looks like the screen is shaking. I really do need help with this ASAP so I can make more videos.

What antivirus and why the two game capture sources?

I use the desktop rec not the OBS test and I don't know what you mean by anitvirus

Well, for some reason, the log says that I still have a scene named Scene (that has no source ) and the scene named OBS test (the one that has 2 game capture sources) but I have deleted all of those and now only have the Desktop Rec scene with the display capture source.
