Bug Report OBS now crashes seconds after startup

Have been using OBS daily with no issues, then all of a sudden today I open up OBS and it crashes seconds later. This has happened repeatedly. with both 64 and 32bit. the crash report is linking the issue to a runtime file I installed ages ago.

Not sure what the issue was, but updated to 1.7 and it seems to be working now
