OBS now crash at startup

Hi everyone,

I've been using OBS since several weeks.
Today, I've been trying a bunch of various cameras: webcam (Logitech, ELP, no brand), sports cam (Go Pro, Drift, no brand), DSLR (Nikon) and old fashioned Sony camcoder. To do this, I had a scene named "draft", and I was inserting capture devices, then removing them again and again.

After failing to make the last Sony work, I was about to shutdown everything when OBS told me "Des modifications ont été apportées voulez-vous les sauvegarder ?" (There are modifications would you like to save ? or something like that), I clicked "ignore", the I had a second pop-up.
I do not know if I clicked again ignore, or what happened, but I have the feeling it crashed already then (everything happened very fast).

Now, everytime I try to launch OBS, I get an immediate crash. Even after reboot, no other app running.
Log is linked below.

To me, it looks like a bad preferences backup or some corruption of the default (or current) scenes/sources description.
Thanks for your help.
PS : I am desperate (tomorrow, lecture with half the students in the room, half the students remote)

All right. Not solved, but not hopeless.
I changed names of some files:
~/Library/Preferences/com.obsproject.obs-studio.plist
~/Library/Preferences/obs-browser-page.plist
with no effect...

Then:
~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/
And then OBS launches again !

I have to fix all parameters and reimport all scenes/sources, but at least, it works...
I'll try to have a deeper look.

I really would like some feedback from developpers or expert users: the log is there, but its huge, and I don't know what to focus on...
I am new to OBS, but I have a vast experience in computer tools in general, I feel quite frustrated to not understand what happened.
