OBS not working with live stream on Insight Timer

I have Windows 10 and I'm a teacher at Insight Timer. For the last 3 live events it has not been working (it always worked before I've done about 15 events earlier).
before going live I check sound and video and it looks fine both here at OBS and at Insight Timers test. I've also done a full test live session and all looks ok. But when I'm live with the event I can see myself but the listeners only see a black box and sound on and off, or not at all.
I see all the comments about sound not working nor picture and when I check the replay at Insight timer I can see that as well, but again from my side it all looks fine. When I check the recording from OBS it's all good.
I've contacted them each time and yesterday it happened again, and they now say that the problem lays with OBS so please help me sort this out.

It sounds like OBS might not be streaming properly to Insight Timer. Try switching the OBS output encoder to Software (x264) in Settings > Output, lower the bitrate, and ensure you're using the correct stream key. Also, test a different server.
